After waiting a hour for my shot with people at later appointments being taken in The staff tried to do the wrong shoulder. I told them it was the other one . They argued with me and would not do it. Never got back to me. Just as well as the doctor is cold and has no bedside manner. I asked once if there was another doctor and the response I received was “ well if you had to do this every 15 minutes all day long you would be bored too”. I had a wonderful experience with the girls and doctor here at shift! Very professional and friendly, knowledgeable staff. I had dual spinal shots and they made me comfortable and explained everything and were super awesome! Highly recommended! Will be continuing to come to them for this!
Amazing place for pain management, staff is super fun and friendly!! Dr was funny and really took his time
My first ultrasound with shift, I was excited, but the sonographer that examined me was not compassionate and informative at all. The second time I was there, it was Marina- she is wonderful! Informative, really shows that she cares for you, and would definitely recommend her. I hope staff like Marina stays on that profession because pregnant women are going through a lot to be treated without care and compassion. And with my next appointments, I hope it's Marina that I'll get 🤞🏼
The staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful. I wanted to talk to the radiologist, but he did not have time. He was onto the next patient in less than five minutes.They don’t take the time to talk to the patient. They are very rushed. I had a trans facet epidural. It was very painful because of the rushing. It also didn’t work.
