Place is a joke close and lock doors 30min before class starts . 3x I’ve driven from meeker for this bs and the lady says “it’s full” from the locked door . So a 7pm class really starts at 6 pm? They are just money hungry bs

Desk lady i spoke to was wildly unprofessional and hung up on me before answering my question, stated i was “trying to cause an issue that wasn’t there” when i was simply asking how to use my vouchers and pay my balance.

Only cares about money, not helping individuals. Admin rarely available, condescending, will make mistakes and refuse to take any responsibility for them. Their motto is “Deal with it”. All around not a place I’d want to go if I was trying to treat a substance abuse. I could see it driving someone back into their addiction with the way they treat their clients, the miscommunication, so forth. There are other places in the Valley to go.

This place is Terrible!! They constantly change their available days and times of the week at their own convenience! I completed the education program and consistently paid in advance which they took after supposedly not contacting them to start the final process! Now they are trying to charge a 30$ re-enrollment fee I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs!! Worst program service in grand junction by far!!
