Kate is great! Helped me out with a reoccurring tight hip and quad issue
I came to see Kate because of some lower body pain/ tightness. After a few sessions the pain decreased and my hip mobility improved significantly. I continued seeing her throughout my marathon training, she kept me injury and pain free throughout. She really gets to know your goals and works with you to get you feeling better after every session. She is the best !
Kate is absolutely amazing! I came in initially because of an imbalance in my hips and shoulders and after a few sessions including dry needling and adjustments I felt so much better, and FINALLY my shoulders are symmetrical again. I also expressed my comfort levels with certain adjustments and she is always respectful of that and goes above and beyond to ensure I am comfortable, I can’t not say enough positive things about the experience!
Dr. Kate is incredibly personable, professional, thorough, and effective with her care. I highly recommend her to all your family and friends!
Kate is amazing! She’s knowledgeable, caring, and makes every appointment fun. From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel comfortable and takes the time to really listen. I always leave feeling better, and it’s obvious she genuinely loves what she does and truly wants her patients to feel their best. I can’t recommend Kate enough!
