I had a serious shoulder injury from years of rock climbing (15+ years), and after just three sessions with Kate, the improvement was incredible. I’m now able to get back to my climbing exercises, which I honestly didn’t expect so soon. She also did an amazing job treating my back pain — the relief has been noticeable and lasting. Kate is professional, attentive, and clearly knows what she’s doing. Highly recommend!
