We have a caregiver from Shifa Home Care helping my mom, and it’s been a really positive experience so far. She’s kind reliable n easy to talk to. The office staff is also responsive and professional whenever we need to adjust schedules or ask questions. Overall, we’ve had a smooth experience and appreciate the consistency and care.
