I have tried to reach you on several occasions with no phone call returned. I am a General Contractor and trying to repair interior damage from a leak that is still happening after you installed a roof in Bossier City and did not follow code items for installing a cricket (R903.2.2. Please get in touch with me so we can resolve this issue and get the roof back to code so we can continue with the interior repairs before any further damage is created for this customer.
