I had a very bad experience with the karaoke lady. Last night I heard her yelling profanity in the microphone calling a customer the "B" word. Apparently she ignores people signed up to sing and only calls her favorite people to sing. Someone got tired of that and complained to her, then I heard the karaoke lady yelling in the microphone to "get this B out my face!" I couldn't believe what I was hearing in what used to be a very nice professional venue. I will not be returning!
