I wanted to introduce my son to one of my family’s favorite pizza restaurants while I was growing up. I raved about the food and experience to him. We placed a call for carry out. I was put on hold for almost seven minutes. I hung up and called back. Order was taken and I was excited to share the pizza experience with him. We walked into the restaurant to pick up our order.
