I called today to ask a simple question about my car, and the man who answered (an older-sounding gentleman) was extremely rude. Even though I was very polite and thanked him at the end, he suddenly slammed the phone on me without saying a word. It was a very unprofessional and unpleasant experience.
Always great service - oil change price increase is ridiculous $73 🙄
