Fast service and excellent customer support
I went to Shields in Rantoul looking for a Ford Edge, as soon as l pulled onto the lot Dave Cassout came out and ask if he could help, we went for a test drive, l brought the car, got what l wanted for my trade in, no hassle, very friendly, they were great. He called 2 days later and wanted to know if l had any questions. l highly recommend them. Thanks
From michigan, stopped at service desk to inquire about issues with 2017 Dodge ram 3500 diesel, talked to William, told him I had a whining sound from engine compartment, he wouldn't give me the time of day, said it would be three weeks before they could look at it, I gave them one star because that was as low as you can go, wish they had a minus star available, don't want anything bad to happen to anyone but hopefully some day he will be a ways from home and seriously breaks down and can reflect on this, sincerely David Mur... read more
