I did not purchase a vehicle at Shields Auto but I did come in to discuss purchasing one (Dodge Ram). I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy both by Linsie and the sales manager. We could not come to terms with a sale but it still was excellent customer service. I recommend Shields in Rantoul to everyone. You won’t regret it.
Leslie was a great salesperson. Extremely helpful. We had a specific vehicle we were looking for and she kept her eyes peeled and let us know as soon as they had one on the lot. We were very impressed and absolutely recommend them!
