Loved the storage facility. I got an indoor unit and it was nice and cool, it even had electricity for lighting! I have had such a great experience with the manager katrina as well. I felt super welcomed and I instantly knew that this was the right place for me!
Very clean and nice service
The office was super easy to deal with and the storage facility is clean and easy to access, and appears safe.
Glad I decided to go with Shield Storage. They were professional and organized. The had the best rate for the unit I rented. It was quick and easy to complete the paperwork. Highly recommend.
1) When they increase the monthly fees and don't provide any pre-warning. 2) Multiple requests to change billing address and it is never done.
