Fantastic customer service!
So far it has been good, no complaints.
When I showed up to get my unit I met Catrina who is a very kind person that was very helpful. I have been going through a very bad time lately, a kind person like herself was just what I needed. Thank you Catrina!
I'd like to thank Katrina for making the experience of renting a storage unit an exceptional one. Katrina was very knowledgeable, helpful, patient and courteous. She addressed all my questions and concerns to my satisfaction. She made me feel confident in selecting Shield Storage at the N. Jones Blvd location as my preferred storage location.
I have had the best experience dealing with Katrina @ north jones shield storage. Very upbeat and professional. Highly recommend this location.
