We began working with Shield back in the fall of 2021 when we experienced significant hail damage. They helped us to get our roof repaired and with better shingles. Looking forward, they have come out twice to repair small leak areas that occurred. They repaired them for free and same day. We really appreciate their warranty and work and will work with them going forward.
I did a lot of research and got several quotes from roofer companies in our area, and I feel very lucky to have found Patrick Johnson. Patrick is professional, responsive and easy to work with. His project manager and team did an excellent job on my roof - everything looks great so far. Their price was not the cheapest one, but the quality of their work is definitely the most professional. Patrick and Fox did an excellent job replacing my roof! Their communication throughout the process was outstanding. Every time I had a question or concern, they responded promptly and clearly. The contractors arrived on time on the project day and completed the work professionally and efficiently. Patrick also handled any requests or concerns right away.
