Needs professional workers to maintain apartments. Grounds and parking lot in deplorable condition. Also need PROFESSIONAL grounds keepers. Complex is steady going down hill since they took over a year ago. Wake up Shield Management!
These people are a comple joke!!!! Do not ever rent from them!!!! My apartment was not even ready for me to move in the day I signed the lease because they had to lay all new flooring because it smelled very badly door knobs missing screens still ripped . After waiting over a week apartment still wasn't ready I NEVER moved into the place and they only gave me my deposit back kept 320.00 of my money on a place I never even moved in! These people are theifs! Do not ever go threw them all they care about is your money!!
Very nice and helpful people
This property management service is terrible. They are bad with communication and paying back security deposits. If you're looking to rent a place to live, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. It's been over 45 days since my lease was ended and I still don't have my deposit.
Thieves! They will charge u for non existent problems when you leave the property! Be wary of this agency!
