If you're looking for a wound care supply company that you want to listen to you and take what you say seriously this is your place. I've been with Shield Medical Supply for a few years now and from the friendly and courteous Front Desk Service to their Customer Service and Wound Care Department A1gents (just be prepared, they are a big company and have many other departments.), it can be confusing the first couple times you call. Perfect Customer Service. We have used Shield for over 6 years and have never had a problem from them. We have an adult handicapped child that will always require their services. Every year we need a new authorization from our insurance for her supplies. Shield sends the forms promptly before the next authorization is needed. Unfortunately, when I do have to call Shield it is because my insurance has not sent back the authorization form in a timely fashion. Shield tries to help us through this process. This is an amazing and awesome place to order the supplies you need. I always dread calling because you never know if the person that answers is going to be nice. This morning I got a text message from them about ordering my supplies. It was easier and faster. It was awesome. Keep updating your services.
