I had the unfortunate experience of chipping a tooth today, coupled with the poor timing of it being the afternoon of Thanksgiving-eve. I called my regular dentist office, whom said they were full and recommended I call a different, near-by office. I did so, and they rudely relayed they weren't aware they were supposed to be covering down for my dentist, and that they couldn't help me. With it being after 6pm at that point, I knew the odds of me suffering the holiday and weekend in pain were likely inevitable. I did some res... read more

My husband and I had used the same dentist forever, one visit to shield exposed the poor care the other dentist performed. The whole staff is dedicated to fixing our dental issues and saving us countless dollars and saving us from potential worse. We are very grateful!

I hate the dentist, yet my friend promised this would be a great experience and she was correct. From the greeting at the door through the payment process every associate at Shield Dental puts the client first. I will definitely be a return customer and require my entire family transferred over .
