I called this company around 9 am on Monday morning May 20, 2019. Spoke to Joe. I told him that my brand new dryer was giving me an error code and not drying properly and that I had not been able to do laundry in over a week. He told me that he would try and see what he could do to come out the same day and help me out. He and another technician came out and cleaned out the dryer vent which had not ever been cleaned out it looked like AND also cleaned all of the vents in the house.
