Super-ficial Cleaning – Shields offered a "deep clean" service that cost multiples of per-hour rates from a typical cleaning service. The estimator came out and promises great things to come. But once the cleaning "pros" arrived, they were shocked at their employer send only two people for the job. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! – I'm so mad right now I'm shaking... I called Shield Cleaning a week ago and scheduled two cleaning "techs" for 8 hrs (4 hrs each).. First of all they were late! Mind you my place was not furnished since i was moving furniture in the next day. I had dirty floors, shelves, bathrooms and appliances... should totally be doable in 8 hrs. TERRIBLE! – I have never written a review before, but then again I have never experienced such bad service from a company. The cleaning is mediocre, at best, but the worst part is their customer service. Honestly there are so many other cleaning companies in NYC, save yourself the headache and find another one. Seriously, do not use

The Office is Still DIRTY! – My company hired Shield cleaning to do a very in depth, thorough cleaning of our 2 floor office building. We specifically told them the areas we wanted cleaned but I guess it went on deaf ears. We opened our office on a saturday morning to ensure that no one would be in their way. March 19 cleaning at 10 Beach St. – I didn't really have a chance to thank Jonathan and Samuel for the great job they did this morning in the 10 beach St. studio. My friend and colleague Ken Moser had made all the arrangements and we were both delighted with the results. Please tell Jonathan and Samuel how much I appreciated their speed and thoroughness in getting the job done.
Definitely a five star rated company!!! Let me keep it brief and real with everyone: Pricing was affordable, customer service rep was very detailed, employees they arrived on time and were very proactive, professional and were dressed in uniform very impressive, the company was fully bonded licensed and insured and last but not least the service that I was provided with was immaculate. I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN!!!
GREAT EXPERIENCE – The experience was great but found the pricing a little expensive. However, for the level of service I have received I personally believe that the price was worth it thank you shield you guys did a great job, thanks again... I strongly recommend this company !!!!!!!!!!!!
