I had one visit with the Dr. I loved her BUT the office staff was a different story. I had to fill out a pile of paperwork and wait months for my first appointment. One paper I had to sign was an agreement that I would never be late to an appointment, cancel an appointment, etc. My second visit I arrived on time. I have chronic pain which makes it hard for me to sit long, especially in a waiting room chair. I sat waiting for over an hour even though I was on time. The staff were always excellent and their services did help me I believe. The problem with me was with insurance. Their information page stated that they worked with all insurances but they wouldn't take mine. I had chiropractic coverage but couldn't use it. I guess there are many people in this town willing to pay out of pocket, especially when the services your getting seem to be working, but when you have coverage and they won't accept it, that is ridiculous to me.
