Wow what a meal. I have been wanting to take my parents to SHIA since it opened. We finally got the chance to go this week to celebrate my parents' anniversary. To say this was a phenomenal experience is a vast understatement. We had a 6pm reservation and were a little early but they were able to take us right away. My family loves to travel and discover memorable food experiences. My teenager is also a big fan of K-pop and Korean culture, and we’ve visited Korea twice this year, so visiting Chef Edward Lee’s restaurant was a natural choice during our trip to D.C. for a conference and a visit to Capitol Hill.
