RecommendedAbsolutely wonderful vet and staff. I have been involved with mainly felines for many years and have had wonderful vets. Relocated and needed to find a vet in my area. This practice is amazing. The care and the way the entire staff listens to you is fantastic. So blessed to have found this practice!
Absolutely incredible, the first thing he did was sit on the floor with my dog. I drive from Saint Cloud now for all three of our puppers. He’s amazingly patient and informative and thorough. His staff has been just as fantastic. I sincerely recommend Shey’s Vet hospital!
I called Sheys today Saturday after my dog Poofy had been sick for several days since we just came back from vacation Even though they were fully booked until Thursday they gave me an appointment the same day after I explained what was going on with him. Dr. Alber and his staff took care of Poofy and diagnosed him and recommended proper treatment and now at 9 Pm the same day, Poofy is already feeling so much better. if I could give negative stars I would, Ive never been this disrespected in my entire life!! Unprofessional, disrespectful and sadly a disgrace of an office. Very dysfunctional and psychotic vet tech there that had it with me from the second she met me. Sadly this relationship ended with her screaming at me to leave her office. I hate even giving one star because they deserve none for letting this behavior go on.

My husband went there for the first time today after we decided to change Vets because our last one was way too expensive. He was pleasantly surprised that, not only were the prices much more reasonable, but the staff and doctor were super friendly!!
First visit today with our cat who was itching and scratching - yes on a Sunday for regular office hours! I am so impressed at how wonderfully my scared kitty and I were treated by this incredible doctor and staff! Grateful to have found them and to say this will now be our new vet 😻
