I've been seeing Dr. Patel for 3 years. She is a very good family doctor. She is proactive regarding periodic tests that I need to monitor some conditions that I currently have. She listens to what I share and gives me realistic advice.
I do not recommend this doctor. I was extremely disappointed in the recent wellness physical I had with Dr. Patel.
Very professional! I love her feedback and always on time. Her staff is very friendly and respond to every need and call I make to the office.
First doctor’s office I ever walked out of. I have been a patient for anout 2 years and showed up yesterday for a follow up from an urgent care appointment who told me to follow up with my primary care. The nurse basically said why are you here? You should follow up with them. This is not a doctor who wants to actually listen to what is ailing you and help out. I walked out. Today, i will find a new doctor.
I had the WORST experience of my life, this doctor is the most DISHONEST person I have ever met. My husband made an appointment to take the blood test that the health plan entitles him to annually and this doctor charged the cost of TWO appointments. A bill arrived at our house to pay for the consultation with her that should NOT have been charged since we were doing the annual check-up that we have DIRECTLY through OUR health plan.
