First visit was very well, she listened to me and talked about my concerns and thoughts on the current medication I was taking, as soon as I let her know that I didn't feel like the medication I was using wasn't working, she gave me a full plan to wean off of the drug and prescribed me a different/related drug. She is not perfect.. She is an experimenter. Probably the best one at CHBH
Felt like she didn't listen to a word I said, almost dismissive. My condition has been getting steadily worse and she seems almost like she isn't paying attention or helping. I dealt with her for almost 2 years, at first she helped but the more I saw her the less interested she seemed in helping. Not to mention I always ended up waiting for almost 30 minutes past my appointment just to be met for 10-15 minutes and dismissed.
I recently told Sherrie Jackson that I think I would be dead by now if not for her help. She tweeked my anti-depressants perfectly, and suggested a better time to take them. I first went to her because a friend with worse problems than mine recommended her highly. She's my lifesaver. (I posted this same recommendation on Google, if you wonder why they are identical.)
Sheryl Jackson is excellent and I have recommended her on several occasions and will continue to do so.
Easy to talk to. Listens and hears what you are saying. Appreciates your input on building your plan of care for yourself. Encourages you to contact her with any future questions or concerns.
Very unprofessional. The meetings are always at least 15 minutes later than scheduled. She would interrupt me as I was talking. She doesn't seem to listen. She was unprepared for our consult and read a 6 page report in front of me halfway through the meeting to learn about me. Would not recommend.
Sheryl has been a gift. She has listened patiently and used her skills to adjust medications so that I feel normal for the first time in years. She monitors my condition regularly and offers sage advice when I seem to be in need of some. In the 18 months I have been seeing her, she has become one of the positive and pivotal people in my life.
I LOVED Sheryl...I went to her with my Sister & Niece's recommendation...I felt very comfortable with her. She explained herself very well and so I could understand...She hit everything right on the head...gave me some suggestions & reassured me of what I have been dealing with was not because I was crazy...I would highly highly recommend Sheryl...I am very thankful I was lead in her direction!!!!
I would recommend Sheryl Jackson because she is an amazing professional that actually listens and is friendly. There are way too few people like her. The best part is she doesn't treat you like your stupid she treats you like an equal, which I have only experienced with one other medical professional before.
