I see her every other week and this helps me maintain my mobility and keep pain under control. Her massage drastically improves my quality of life.

Sheryl is as warm and lovely as a person as she is incredibly gifted at massage therapy. She combines a very welcoming and kind demeanor with an amazing intuition for knowing exactly what’s going on in your muscles and is able to pinpoint and create relief for specific issues while at the same time creating a feeling of overall wellness and relaxation.
