Terrible experience! Ugly flowers, men florist, who refused to do a personalized flower arrangement for a funeral. He was very very rude and unsympathetic. He stated “ its too time consuming and it doesn’t pay enough.” Horrible experience do not recommend!!!
My husband surprised me at work with this beautiful white carnation bouquet from here today and it was so beautiful.
Ordered arrangement just after noon and it was delivered as promised same day. The arrangement was absolutely breath taking and as promised. Will certainly use Sherwood's Flowers again and highly recommend! What I noticed most of all was their tone wasn't "We can't", even during arguably a Florist's busiest week.
I'm big on reading posted reviews and wanted to support my local florist, but after receiving THIS floral arrangement, I'll try another local shop. I did receive a full refund. Have a look. 1st picture is the Bright Smiles arrangement on the webpage. 2nd picture is what was received.
