Like they always say, go see your apartment before renting. This place is so run down that there's trash everywhere, weekly shootings, the cops stop by every week, and constant break-ins. I don't know how they haven't been closed down yet.
Literally one if the most ghetto places in Tacoma and Fife. Boarded up units, cars on cinder blocks, WEEKLY shootings and a bunch of tweakers that cut holes in the fences to get to other units to steal stuff. What is management doing with this place other than letting it be a literal zoo full of animals? Clean up your apartments you bunch of nasty animals.
ROACHES AN BEDBUGS.. AL THE LANLORD DOES LITERALLY NOTHING TO HELP. HIS MAINTENENCE PPL ARE AMAZING. THEY DO EVERYTHING . I WAS THERE 7 MONTHS AND IT WAS QUITE AWFUL
This place looks awful, broken down Cars, building in desperate need of repair and the tenants come to my complex and break into our cars...absolute disgrace
