When I started living here in 2021, the rent for a 2 bedroom was $1625. When I moved out 3 years later, it was $2000. Nothing is ever fixed or beautified or updated on the premises, so they’re clearly just grabbing for money. The dishwasher racks were rusty, the fridge was old and made a horrible sound, the toilet was supposedly fixed THREE times, and yet it stayed broken. The windows are ancient and drafty. My mother lived at Sherwood Park for 3 years and during the time suffered a mental decline. Despite the landlord being informed and aware of her condition, She was extremely rude and lacked empathy for her. Upon move out, Yvette went after every box and item left behind telling me she would be billed for anything left behind and if a box was dumped in the dumpster my mother would be fined for it explaining it was in the moving clause. It used to be a nice place when pool was open, they have had the pool closed for the past three years. And the manager is harassing tenants. They don’t have any play ground for children or basketball hoop for teenagers. The rent is too high for this place with no open pool and nothing for the kids to play on. The office is above an apt and the manager complains all the time about the dogs barking from her footsteps and noise. Office should be away from tenants.

-No security cameras for package delivery. -Floors are not sound proof. -AC did not work for months. -We were not home mostly for the last month of lease (I remember turning off AC/heater) and electricity bill was too high(269$), someone misused the apartment. I felt like scam. -Property manager is friendly though.
