I have seen some in the negative reviews. I’m Sherwood Park Apartments which I disagree with. I will tell you why I do. I have seen this with people that live in the area. They let their dogs poop on the property and they don’t pick it up. I have also seen people throw furniture outside the dumpster. They expect the maintenance people to pick up after themselves some of these owners until you can prove it won’t even pick up their own dog poop. I saw the negative reviews about this apartment complex, and I am totally disagreement with them because first of all the manager cannot babysit every tenant that was here. Everyone that lives here should be responsible enough to clean up after themselves and also pick up their dog poop we do we have a poop bags and they also provide them throughout the area. Yvette is one of the rudest property managers I've ever had the displeasure of conversing with. If you dislike your career that much just find a new one
This place is a dump they think it's funny to threaten people in emails and tow cars but if you have a problem no one will pick up the phone it needs better management I could not be happier to have moved out
