The residents are nice enough, but the entire environment is somewhat bad. This is partially because of a few tenants who appear to be slobs as well as a failure on the part of the apartment complex to keep up. The grounds are regularly strewn with trash and the hallways are barely ever cleaned. A police presence is a regular occurrence.
