The manager, Kari, is very sweet & helpful...until it comes time to fix things in your apartment. My A/C went out three times in the matter of 2 weeks during the hot Texas summer. She & the maintenance man then tried to say it was my fault for opening my window sometimes (I have text messages as proof). Turns out the A/C needed a whole new circuit board because the maintenance man, Jose, did not do his due diligence the 1st 2 times he “fixed” it.
