I had my truck towed there with a bearing failure in the turbo.. service was quick.. got me back on the road the next day.. I ran out to long island and while I was unloading I checked my oil and it was about 2 gallons over filled I called and the receptionist said if I could make it back by 730 they would drain it out but the service manager said it would be ok to run mind you 2 gallons over.. $1100 & 4 days later to fix an air conditioner hose leak on my 05 Lowmax A repair that only last 2 days until it quit working again. Picked my truck up to find a damaged stainless hodge built fender. Gave them a chance to make good for it and they refused to make good for the $1200 damages that happened there. I’ve seen landfills with nicer driveways than their gravel & mud “ parking lot “ to drop a trailer. If you wanna get screwed over, jerked around and ripped off then come to Sherwood.
