Dr. Ballard always takes care of us. I've lived in many different places and he's honestly the best primary care physician I ever had.
First time appt. for my son. Everyone was nice. LOVED Dr. Gerson. Didn’t have no wait time at all. He listened and talked and didn’t feel rushed at all. Best ever for my son to have.
I've had them twice leave me without access to my medicine because they didn't have there deal together once because they told me I was not allowed to get my prescription from them because they mixed their dates up and second time because they were I guess to lazy to send in the prescription on time. They waited till about 4:20 (according to Wal-Mart pharmacy) only 40 min befor3 closing and never bothered to call me to inform me that it had been sent I decided to go check Wal-Mart after work to see if they received it and th... read more
Dr. Gerson is awesome! If I need a doctor appointment I'm able to get in that day. He listens when you tell him what's wrong and talks to you about the results instead of just doing a bunch of testing when it's not needed. Best doctor ever!!
I love the doctors but the wait time stinks. We consistently wait 45 minutes to 1.5 hours just to get back to a room when we have an appt for one of our children. Currently sitting in the waiting room at 9:50am, waiting for our 9:00am appt.
