Got my A/C fixed yesterday and they made everything so easy. Picked up my car from my job and communicated through out the day.

I have never had anything but the best experience from Sherwood Auto. We are caught in the plague right now and money is very slim for me. When my check battery light came on I felt I had hit the wall (especially as it will probably be the alternator). Called Scott in sobbing tears. He was wonderful. Had me bring my car in and leave it. Calmed me down and made me feel so much better. The good news is with Scott working on my old Toyota RAV4 I know it will still be running for 50,000 more miles! He is a genius! I've been doing business with Scott for - well - I'm really not sure HOW long but it's over 15-20 years for sure! He's always been straight up and does what he says he'll do - plus takes care of it if a part fails or they miss something they should have caught. It's rare I ever need to revisit - when they fix it...it's fixed! They also do good with the preventative maintenance - letting you know what could potentially be a problem if not fixed soon.
Scott was great to work with and more importantly very honest. I only plan to take my car there for all my car needs.
Good mechanics are hard to find. I was most lucky to find this outfit. Great service reasonably priced.
It took 13 months for them to do a terrible job. We paid them in advance with trust, Sam kept on dragging it out with false promises. Finally we took the car out and found he tried to do all kinds of short cuts and damaged the system. E.g. he claimed he fixed the driver seat airbag and we could out that he did not even put one in but tried to bypass the system, he mutilated the control harnesses on both sides of the car, he did not replace the airbags on both sides and claimed he already done it etc. he lies and put public s... read more
