The property management when I moved in in 2023 was great! Very responsive and got back to you in a timely manner. However, now I have been trying to get in contact with anyone from management for almost a month with no response. It is extremely disappointing as the matter was time sensitive and is now costing me more money than planned.
I have more success talking w/maintenance than the office. Maintenance did a great job keeping in contact and getting things done. Thank you J
No one showed up to any open houses they invited us to or scheduled with them. Did not contact us until the DAY we were supposed to move in after 2 days of the date being pushed back. Fridge door handle is broken when we move in. We are told they would put the order in themselves. They have not. Our bathroom sink is clogged with items such as q-tips and a small nail file I have managed to pull out.

Recently moved into this complex and I have had a great experience. Property manager communicates solely via email but replies promptly and the process from open to close was smooth. Apartment was extremely clean and I have had no issues with appliances or pests at any point as I had seen in some other reviews prior to inquiring about this location which made me skeptical going in.
