As I'm sure you can see in the other comments, the property management has TERRIBLE communication skills. They rarely answer the phone, and when they do, they don't have any answers. They say they'll look into it and call me back, but they never do. They seem to be growing in size as they now have 3 properties in the Anchorage area. I think y'all should focus on handling what you have now instead of expanding. It's clear that you're overwhelmed and you're neglecting your current residents. I lived here for 3 years before Renew bought the place. Location wasn't great but it was decent for the price. Renew stopped doing maintenance, was horrible with communication, and promptly raised the rent. Floor tiling started coming up, I reported it several times, never saw maintenance. I moved out a year later. They were helpful when discussing the deposit (we'll just take a little bit out to have a standard cleaning) so I offered to rent a rug cleaning machine to make it easier on them. They said sure. 0 communication from staff, have been told I will be contacted in the next few days twice, it has been 2 weeks since then. Have not answered my calls for a week no matter what time I call which is highly frustrating due to my work schedule.
