The most ghetto and rudest person in customer service answering their phone #RENEE. Allen as the Ops needs to find someone who won't suck their teeth and say UGH when a customer has a questions. Didn't say could you please hold, just said ugh and I heard music. I know it's desperate times for employees but whoever Renee is doesn't need to deal with customers. We use Sherwin in 7 different states for paint and flooring and I'm definitely reporting this to someone higher. Just unprofessional
Staff is great very informative and professional ... 10/10
I manage two apartment communities and every time I am in a bind or need a hail marry Doug , Allen and Myles always come through for me. I would recommend this store to everyone. Thank you so much for always being professional, friendly and helpful.
