I called for 4 days to get my grandmother’s medications refilled. When I was finally able to reach someone they told me they would send the refills to the pharmacy in 30 minutes. 2 hours later the medicine still was not in the pharmacy. The receptionist said that if I kept calling they would discharge my grandmother from the practice. My grandmother is a stroke patient and cannot call in herself which is the reason I was calling. If you care about your loved ones do not bring them here!

If you have an Rx that requires routune lab work, you'd think your prescription would last until your next lab appt, right? Nope. So when I ran out, I called to get a refill and not only did they ignore me, my pharmacy noticed I needed more and put in a request independently from mine and they were ignored as well. So now I'm without my meds for a few days until they can get their act together. Health be damned.

I love that she is easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable with any subject. She is also very knowledgeable.

Very friendly, easy to communicate your problems to and willing to give you the time you need. Goes well beyond the basic in and out type of doctors!

I love Dr. Viduya! She has treated my entire family. She really takes the time to treat you as a person, not just a patient.

I was her patient about a year and half ago, i lost my insurance and was not able to see a dr for a year and half. I started new insurance in jan. which she was not in my network. Happy to say my insurance has changed and I get to go see her again. She is an amazing and kind Dr
