Always excellent care! Sometimes it is difficult to get ahold of her nurse, when calling.

I followed this provider from another clinic. She had provided my initial care for breast cancer. It's been 3 years and cancer still gone. I have complete confidence in her care.
I have nothing bad to say about my appointment. I was actually running late and a new receptionist stepped in to get me checked in and on time. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My doctor was quick and efficient. I have a fear of the blood pressure cuff and they were able to accomodate me. I am very pleased with Swedish and its staff at this time.

I adore Dr Hu beyond measure. I traveled from Bellingham to see her when she was at the Polyclinic & followed her to Swedish. My experience with SCI has been awesome. It's the best care I can possibly receive. Grateful.
I get regular treatment every six months. I schedule all of my work and personal things around these appointments. This month after I had my appointment already scheduled, they called back left a message and told me that they were moving my appointment and told me what date and time it would be. I found this very rude. I had already made a bunch of plans and then they bumped up my appointment over a month later. My condition causes me great pain as time goes between treatments so adding another 30 days didn't help me at all.... read more
