I got care from the doctors but the billing department was a bit of a problem. I had to call them a few times to fix a mistake with my insurance. This was during my month. After that got fixed my appointments, with Sherry were really helpful. She was easy to talk to. I just wish the paperwork and administrative stuff was easier to deal with from the start.

I had a really good experience with Sherry Carter, NP. She took the time to listen without making me feel rushed, and explained my treatment options in a way that actually made sense. The front desk staff were friendly too, and scheduling my appointment was pretty easy. Overall, I left feeling heard and more hopeful than I have in a while.
