VERY VERY poor customer service!! Inconsistent pick up from day one!!
Garbage is over flowing and your phone has a busy signal. Did you go out of business?
They never return your phone calls! Miss your pickup! And don't want to give you credit for services that you never received!
You have not picked my trashup in three weeks! I've been calling for three weeks, I've been leaving messages for three weeks, YOU DON'T ANSWER & YOU DON'T CALL BACK! You finally call last night,tell me I can put my three weeks worth of garbage out to the road and you'd pick it up today and you only dump the tote and took two bags! In the 8 months we have had this company they have missed 5 pick ups and haven't returned any of my phone calls. I can't even get connected with them to cancel my service and get some of my money back.
It's been two weeks n no garbage pick up I've tried calling dozens of times n no answer COME GET OUR GARBAGE �
Not very pleased with the service right now. Our trash wasn't picked up last week and now we have 2 trash cans over flowing with trash. Called several times and didn't get an answer and left my name and number. Never got a call back.
My address is 3935 younger Dr Delton mich 49046 .cancellation my service.wont pay you another dime.havent picked up our garage in three weeks .eight times in thee months terrible service I've called many times left messages no one calls back.consider this cancelled three weeks ago as of July first .come get your container or I will dispose of it.
