We moved and cannot get a refund from this company for services not used, yet paid for in advance. I have called 4 times and left a message but they will not return my calls or issue a refund check. Terrible customer service.
I am saddened that I called and physically spoke with a person twice this week about how they have routinely missed our pickups. We have paid our bill yet keep getting a run around. Now magically nobody will answer our calls. You can cancel our service and will not be getting another dime from our family!
I've tried repeatedly to contact them. I'm giving up!
Pick up our garage and answer your phone!!!!!!!!!!
They have missed pick ups but don’t make it right. They say they have office hours of 10-2 but don’t answer the phones. You can’t even leave a voicemail to get a return call.
They haven't picked up my garbage in 7 weeks and I am paid up till December I have contacted them and the better business bureau and a lawyer if they don't pick up my garbage by 11/29/18 the BBB and my lawyer are going to take over.
I have contacted the BBB lawyer and Fox 17 problem solvers.
This place has not been out to pick up our trash. We've called 4 times no one will call us back. So we will be canceling our service. We have asked and asked for a new can because it was broken and its been over a year. Now someone ran into it and now we don't have one.
We prepaid for 1 yr service and during that time they didn't pick up multiple times. Could never get through on the phone. I left a message to cancel service multiple times when the years was up. They never picked up our trash after the first year, but they keep sending invoice as if they are still providing service. I would not recommend them at all!
