Did several hours of driving to get here and missed a days work based on being told we will give you $10000 for your 2013 trailer sight unseen. We go because the trailer has been taken care of and we figure they will pay it off since we didn't owe much more than that. They find slight water damage that had just started even we were unaware of so then tell us the best they can do is $2000. Our trailer is valued at $32,000!!!! Customer service is horrible!!!! You have to WAIT forever to get your issues fixed!!!! I am so tired of dealing with them!!!!
