Buying process seemed fairly easy and painless. However Dena in the service department is extremely rude and unprofessional, we had to deal with her multiple times throughout the 4 months they had our rv “working on it” each deadline that came they had another excuse as to why they weren’t finished. Ultimately we will not be a repeat customer and they will never touch any of our stuff ever again.
Terrible customer service after the sale...rude service department!
We were offered 13k for a 2018 35 ft long travel trailer with all the options including 2 ac units and opposing slideouts. Even told me he will only offer a little over half its value. We had our financing and down payment ready to go. Oh well!

Horrible service department. I called upon this dealer to repair my awning because the Rose City location flooded. I purchased my travel trailer from them so I thought I would give them the opportunity to fix it. The lady Dana in the service department did not make my needs a priority. I had to contact her multiple times to try to get a resolution to my problem. I also felt like she was trying to just blow me off.
