BEWARE.....I had to take my Grandmother here for a 11:00 appointment. Well at 12:30 and still waiting, I asked the receptionist why the delay, and she replied the doctor is an hour late not including the time we already waited. Needless to say, I'm looking for her a new Optometrist.
