I cannot comment on the quality of the dental care because I was never given the opportunity to receive it. I completed my paperwork, including my preferred name, and my X-rays were taken without issue. When the dentist entered, she addressed me by my maiden surname. I politely asked to be called Mrs Philippe, my legal surname, or Melissa, my preferred name. Instead of respecting my request, I was questioned about it.
