I have never had an issue with State Farm before 2021. They dropped my car from the insurance without notifying me and still charged me for it. I drove around for entire month without knowing I had no insurance. They gave us no reason why they dropped it. My car loan is even with them. Needless to say, I changed everything over to another insurance company and haven’t looked back.
Had to ask office MULTIPLE TIMES to correct my name. 4 months later still not done. Added on a policy and requested "same coverage as my other auto" just found out after 4 months that the add on does not have collision coverage like my other auto. This is a HUGE MISTAKE. Thankfully I found out before a potential accident! Definitely not pleased with this office!
Very professional and explained everything in great detail so that I understood my life insurance policy and how it worked. I had the pleasure of working with Dale. She was the best!! I would highly recommend this agency for your life insurance needs!!
