Este lugar no es recomendable entran y vandalizan los carros y entran los ladrones a robarte herramienta si es que no están lejos y viven en ese mismo vecindario el dueño y los manejadores nunca ven por tu seguridad realmente no recomiendo este lugar
If I could give this place negative stars I would. Been living here for a few years and all the bad reviews are pretty much true. Just recently had tar thrown all over my car from some workers working on their roof. They don't even have a manager in the office during the day to take care of problems. Regarding the tar on my car they wanted me to file a police report and go through all of that hassle. Things are always breaking and constantly just being repaired. Horrible place to live please dont move here! First week when moving theres no roaches after a week or 2 the walls starts cracking up open and roaches start infesting the whole place the whole building is infested neighbors complain theyre always shutting the water because they’re always fixing something alwayss A/C would stop working when you most need them your balcony has go be empty or they will charge you oh and the charge extra stuff that puts the rent up like crazy theres drug addicts in a lot of the apartments you ca... read more
I think the manager is awesome I have some neighbors that like to be a little judgemental and judge a book by it’s cover, make up lies time to time but karma is karma over all this apartment is far from ghettto and I haven’t seen or heard of any violence or negativity. No drug addicts or homeless I personally love living here
