He answered all questions, was very professional and made sure to check if I had any questions. Made me feel comfortable

Dr. Reeves was professional and provided great care! All staff were terrific in their support!
Prior to appointment I had researched his background. On paper his credentials are superb. In person he was extremely efficient….got right to it and was very thorough. He was very careful and respectful in his initial comments. I tried to get into more detail with him and found him to be a good listener and communicator. This was one session and surgery is yet to come but so far very impressive.
Dr Reeves did the exam, explained the findings and covered the treatment thoroughly. The tech Craig was very good and explained the tests well. Very personable.
The young lady technician who did all the eye testing at the beginning of the appointment was fabulous. I had an HOUR wait after she dilated my eyes. Way toooo long! Dr. Reeves spent about 5 minutes with me. I didn't have any problems except slight cataracts. He didn't mention if my cataracts were worse than last year or how my new prescription was different than last years. I assume he had that information.
I was very happy with my appointment with Dr Reeves. He answered all of my questions.
