I just moved here and I already love the community. I have a 3 bedroom and I drove across states , from Texas, not seeing the apartments but hoping for the best. I was pleasantly surprised by the residents and the community. Teri was great! She told me about all the local areas since I am from Texas. My apartment is all carpet with its own walk out balcony the price point is perfect, the rooms are spacious as well as the kitchen. I am pleased that I made the decision for these apartments to be my first choice in Indiana.

I've been here for 6 years and like it here. but now in the past 8 months they've raised my rent $140.00 a month. didn't even advise of the third until I'd gotten $500.00 in late fees and a threat of eviction! I'm on limited income, they know it but don't care and won't explain why I owed more than I thot. maintenance guys are great!
