I have friends that live here it's a very nice old school condominium
Rented for a couple years, then purchased. I replaced my furnace with a heat pump to solve moisture issues. Car chargers are being installed. Quiet area. Smaller units, 850sq ft., which are rare to own.

A few crazy people, but overall, a nice looking place with little issues from my experience
Mold problems that caused long term health issues for my partner. Our condo owners were lovely and did mold remediation measures in a big way, but it is the way the building is constructed with concrete walls. When we lived there in 2014 thereabouts, you could see the mold in the windows of other apartments when driving through the complex. Even with remediation, the mold is quite bad and could cause health issues - may be ok for some folks, but not for others.
