I would not recommend renting from this business. I just had one of the most scary experiences of my life yesterday. Pulled up to my storage unit and someone had cut off my locks, put on a heavy duty lock, and tried to lock me out of my storage and it wasn't management. Damn near everything I own was/is in that unit. My only guess is someone put it on to monitor it for a few days and if the lock remained, that meant it wasn't well monitored and a green light to raid my unit... units can be accessed 24/7.
