Horrible management group. After my private landlord sold the units they took over. I had 3 repairs needing done one of which is my wood balcony falling apart. I stopped in to pay rent and put the work request in the beginning of May. Had someone come to the house 2 wks later and only looked at my problems to “write a report” then never heard back. Now june 1st back to the office now a piece of my balcony has fallen off. I again ask about repairs n simply requested a call for an update status. Never got one. So today end of ... read more
