Dr John is probably the most personable Dr I’ve had in my 61 plus years. I get the Biote pellet from him every 3 1/2 months. $400 a pop out of pocket but it is so frustrating to have to work with the ladies that answer the phone. I let it go so many times when I’ve been left on hold for a very long time. I actually kept the times on my phone just so I could prove it to the Dr. One call was 17 min on hold the next 40 min, but I let it go. Dr. John Sherman does hormone replacement therapy with Biote pellets, and works great for me. His goal every time I see him is to just make sure I feel better than before and get my hormones to the right level so I can feel the best possible, with more energy, no hot flashes or night sweats. SO much better and I would definitely recommend Dr. John.
Dr. John Sherman is a great doctor. He is very personable and explains things where you can understand them. I have recommended 3 patients to him and will continue to do so.
Dr. John delivered 2 of our 3 boys and had we been living in Georgetown when I had my first - I definitely would have had him deliver him too !! He and his staff are very personable, friendly and professional. (we just love Gloria) When my husband and I found out we were pregnant with our third son we were nervous because at age 42, he was my surprise baby. Dr. John was super personable, he made me feel at ease immediately, answered all questions, explained things to me to make sure I understood. I will most definitely recommend him.
Where to begin... Dr John Sherman was absolutely more than we could've asked for in a OBGYN for our first born. Being it our first time to go through pregnancy, we were naturally full of questions & looking for someone who was willing to spend time & be thorough at each appointment. Dr. John Sherman delivered my third child 6 years ago and I've been going to him ever since. He took excellent care of me during my pregnancy, performed my third c-section without any issues, and has continued to provide me with my well woman's exams. He is a very caring and gentle practitioner that really takes the time to listen. I highly recommend him for both obstetrics and/or gynecology.
As a first time mother, Dr. Sherman made me feel comfortable from the start. He explains his philosophy of ‘#1 goal is always healthy mom and healthy baby.’ He is knowledgeable, optimistic, and approachable. Every time I left a check-in, I felt more at-ease with my birth plan. If I ever felt overwhelmed with pregnancy, he patiently helped answer all my questions (no matter how ridiculous they may have seemed) and reminded me that starting a family is a very exciting time. I have been a patient of Dr. John Sherman's for 23 years now and I am also an RN working in the women's health field. I received a call from the radiology dept. and they asked me to come in for more images. My stress shot up, I was in a daze for an hour then I got tearful. The imaging dept. could not locate my last mammogram results from ten years ago. I obviously procrastinated. Dr. Sherman stopped whatever it was that he was doing to look for the images.
