I recently had the unfortunate experience of witnessing an employee from this company engage in a completely unprofessional and hostile confrontation over a parking issue. A woman had parked in the lot, which I understand is private property, but instead of addressing the situation calmly, the employee began screaming at her in a way that was loud, aggressive, and frankly, shocking. Mario did an amazing job on our renovation project. He made the project fun and easy and we loved the finished project. He provided great insight and ideas to make the space for work us.
