Macy is one of the most professional, dependable, trustworthy, thorough vendors I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He has completed several jobs for me both commercially and residentially. Professional, honest, and fast. He came when he said he would, evaluated the system, and quickly resolved the problems... On a Saturday morning no less. After first calling a larger chain company locally, I was very unhappy. They tried to sell tons of service even pushing to install a new unit (before they diagnosed my units problems).
